This is a screenshot from the series Okusama wa Mahou Shojo: Bewitched Agnes. The shot is of Tamotsu, a main character, and will be used to illustrate the character section of the series's page. The resolution of the shot is pretty good, and the shot came from http://randomc.animeblogger.net/2005/09/18/oku-sama-wa-mahou-shoujo, one of the only sites that has decent screenshots of this series, which was never released in North America. For copyright information purposes, Okusama wa Mahou Shojo was released by the Media Factory, J.C. Staff in 2005.

Even though the admin have claimed that this picture violates their fair use policy, I have provided all of the information that they require. If they still have specific questions for what is wrong with the page or the file, they can let me know specifically what's going on. I am not going to go out of my way to please them yet again.

Description	This is a screenshot from the series Okusama wa Mahou Shojo: Bewitched Agnes. The shot is of Tamutso Asaba, a supporting character from the series, and will be used to illustrate the character section of the series's page. There seems to be some concern over the image having fair use, but the reason given for this concern was less than helpful. My original paragraph contained all of the needed information, but the admin don't seem to notice things like that.

Portion used	It is one screenshot of a show that has thirteen episodes of about 22 minutes each. It's not going to affect the company's ability to sell merchandise, especially because the series is not for sale in the United States.
Low resolution?	The resolution of this image is high.
Purpose of use	The picture has already been in place on the Okusama wa Mahou Shojo article for several days without complaint. It's an illustration of the character on a page that is being developed for the series.
Replaceable?	This shot should not be replaced unless a better one is found, which is probably not going to happen for quite some time, if ever.
