[edit] Comments
Very good - I'm liking the idea of a border on the left but not the right.
Two things I thought of:
- Try making active discussions (such as FAC) stand out from inactive ones (such as FACfailed)
- The wikiproject looks a little odd, having a different border colour and size - anything you can think of to improve it?
It's looking good! violet/riga (t) 16:40, 12 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks for your comments! I'm not sure how to handle the Wikiproject templates, since they are more or less done by Wikiproject. Maybe they should be left alone. I've brighted up the template background for the active discussion templates ({{fac}}, {{farc}} and {{pr}}), so there is more contrast. It should be more eye-grabbing. - I'm not sure if they stand out quite enough, but then I'm not sure if mine do either. I agree with you about the wikiprojects - best not to mess with them too much. I like the way you've done this, and it's nice to see another way of going about it. violet/riga (t) 16:58, 12 Apr 2005 (UTC)
I like these colors much better! I see that you've "borrowed" some of my palatte. ;) – ClockworkSoul 15:59, 13 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks, glad you like it. Do you have any suggestions for improvements? Talrias (t | e | c) 16:58, 13 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- I think it may look better if the colours are not so heavy and low-contrast. How about some lighter, pastelly colours to fit in with the current monobook theme. --Oldak Quill 23:45, 13 Apr 2005 (UTC)

- Thanks for your comments - take a look at User:Talrias/Templates/Pale version, which is a red version with lighter colours. I haven't done all the templates since the two I've done show the general style. Is this more what you had in mind? Talrias (t | e | c) 00:00, 14 Apr 2005 (UTC)
