Talulah Riley (born September 26, 1985) is a British actress, probably best known for her performances in St Trinian's and Pride and Prejudice.
She also stars in the E4 series Nearly Famous as Lila, "an awkward 19 year old with a psychotic mother, but with a gift for writing."[1] Other television credits include episodes of Poirot and Miss Marple. She also appeared in the 2008 Doctor Who episodes "Silence in the Library" and "Forest of the Dead".
Riley made her stage debut in The Philadelphia Story at the Old Vic in 2005. Her performance in a 2006 revival of Tennessee Williams' Summer and Smoke was described as "delightful".[2]
She attended Haberdashers' Aske's School for Girls and Berkhamsted Collegiate School. Riley's father works as a screen writer and has written episodes of Silent Witness, Prime Suspect and The Bill.
