[edit] History
The 7th High School of Tallinn was created by the merging of French Lyceum of Tallinn and of Jakob Westholm Gymnasium for Boys in 1940.[2] The school was located in the same building as the French Lyceum in the pre-soviet Estonia era. It was renamed back to Jakob Westholm Gymnasium in 1941 by the German occupation forces and back to 7th Highschool of Tallinn in 1944 when Soviet occupation was restored.
In 1996 the school was renamed Tallinn English College and it moved to its current location on Estonia pst. 10.[3]
