This page talks about the buildings in The Woodlands, TX, from completed buildings, buildings under construction and proposed buildings. Although there are many buildings immediately surrounding The Woodlands, this page refers to only buildings located in The Woodlands proper.

Up until the late 1990s/early 2000s, all office buildings (most of about 5-6 stories) were hidden by trees. Then, beginning with the development of the Town Center I/II buildings, in 1998 and 1999, respectively, office buildings became a more visible aspect in the community. That was the first real "building boom" to occur in The Woodlands. Then, from 2001 when Waterway Plaza Two was complete all the way until mid-2005, there was no new construction. Starting in mid-2005 with 21 Waterway Ave (which was completed in 2006) until present time, there has been non-stop new construction of office buildings. Some say that The Woodlands is now in its second building boom.
