General Israel Tal is well known, probably more so, by his nickname, Talik. So a link here to the article about him is important for those who do not know his full name.

I do not know how to setup a redirection from a single Talik page to two pages, one about Israel Tal and the other about the ground condition that is described in the current Talik page. I suspect that the current page needs to be moved or some other admin action needs to be taken. I leave this action to the administrator who monitors this page.
