[edit] Publication Date

I cannot find a definitive first publication date for this book.

Some say 1962 others say 1963, and I have a paperback which says "First Dell printing-February 1964".

Some of the stories are from 1962, so at least its not earlier ;-)

The Tuck reference that I added lists the 1962 Harcourt Brace edition as the first.--Rtrace 20:49, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
