About Talegaon

In the past, it was an attractive weekend destination mainly for mumbaikars and punekars, thanks to its pleasant weather and scenic spaces

Since, the opening of Mumbai-Pune Expressway, it has opened up vast opportunities for real estate growth

Talegaon is currently one of the hot spots of industrial development as it offers both connectivity and healthy atmosphere

Talegaon, a bustling property market is best known for its beautiful weather, growing infrastructure and good connectivity and makes it an ideal proposition to buy apartments and plots in the area. Talegaon is also currently one of the hot spots of industrial development as likes of Bajaj, JCB, Jindal, York India Ltd., have already set up their facilities along with MNC auto majors like General Motors and Volkswagen planning to set up their operations in this area.

Talegaon lies at the center of Maharashtra’s golden triangle- Mumbai, Pune and Nasik. Along with the good connectivity with this big cities, there is also a proposed ring road on the card passing through Mhalunge, giving its due importance. Earlier an attractive weekend destination for its beautiful weather, it has now become a centralized destination thanks to the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Newly opened MIDC just 2 years ago has opened up many opportunities to the real estate business in Talegaon.

Talegaon is surrounded by Indrayani River and MIDC in the north, expressway in the south, Chakan MIDC in the east and the west connects Talegaon with the old national highway no 4 connecting Mumbai-Pune.

Despite the development happening, Talegaon has retained its greenery and pleasant atmosphere, offering the best of both worlds.
