Talia Balsam (born March 5, 1959(1959-03-05) in New York City), the daughter of actors Martin Balsam and Joyce Van Patten, is an American TV and movie actress.

She has appeared as Anthony LaPaglia's estranged and devious wife on Without a Trace on CBS. Most recently she has appeared in Mad Men (which stars her husband, John Slattery) in the Episode titled Babylon as Roger Sterling's wife Mona. She was married to actor George Clooney from 1989 to 1993 and to actor John Slattery since December 30, 1998.

In 1978 Talia appeared on the TV series Taxi as Cathy, Alex's (Judd Hirsch) long-lost daughter.
