Tales Schütz (born 22 August 1981 in Porto Alegre, Brazil) is a Brazilian football striker of German descent[1] who is now playing for South China. He spent a year playing in Hong Kong First Division League with South China during 2006-07 season. He joined the team in 2006 when South China gave up its "All-Chinese" policy in recent years.
During his first season in Hong Kong, he obtained 3 out of the 4 Top Scorer Awards in local competition, including the main Hong Kong First Division League Top Scorer Award.
He wears the No.28 jersey, which represents the date on which he first met his current girlfriend. [2]
