Tałačyn (Belarusian: Талачын, IPA[taɫa'tʂɨn]) is a city in the Viciebsk Province of Belarus, an administrative center of the Tałačyn district. It is perhaps the coldest city in Belarus in winter, with a record low of -42.2C.
