I first heard of Takara as a result of its programmable sleep item described at http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/3395505.stm The usrer guides their own dreams, The machine uses that voice recording, with lights, music and smells, to direct dreams during periods of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep

[edit] PCR

I've just read a pamphlet which talks of Takara brand Taq for PCR (a biochemistry cloning protocol). This is not the same company right?--ZayZayEM 00:44, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
