Takumi Nakayama (中山 巧 Nakayama Takumi?, born November 11, 1973) is a Japanese MMA fighter. He was born in Osaka, Japan. He is 3rd dan black belt in Judo.

He was in 2nd place of the Japanese Amateur shooto Championship welterweight in 1999 and in 2nd place of the Japanese Combat wrestling 69kg weight class in 1999.

He beat Charlie Kohler (USA) in KOTC 43 on November 14, 2004, and received the KOTC world lightweight title. He then lost his title to Mac Danzig on Oct 29th, 2005 in Reno, Nevada when his corner threw in the towel after he received over 20 unanswered strikes.
