Taku Otsuka

Taku Otsuka (大塚 拓? born June 14, 1973) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Tokyo, he attended Keio University and received a master's degree from John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in the United States. He was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 2005. An assenter of "The Truth about Nanjing(movie)."
