Takeley Football Club is a football club based in Takeley, near Bishop's Stortford, Essex, England. They joined the Essex Olympian League in 1978. Since 1978 they have been members of the Essex Olympian Football League, which they were champions of in 1987/88 and 2001/02. In 2006-07, Takeley won the Essex Premier Cup.
For the 2008/09 season will step up to the Essex Senior League, and their reserves will play in Division Two of the Essex Olympian League.
