Take A Good Look is a 1990 children's novel by Jacqueline Wilson.

Mary is a girl. She is ten and she is blind. She is tired of people bossing her around and saying you cant go out you have to stay in. So one day when Gran is asleep Mary sneakes out to get some choclate. She is caught up in a robbery. She is taken hostage. She manages to eescape and helps the police trap the robbers.
