Take #1 (ISSN 1192-5507, OCLC 60624126) was a Canadian film magazine which published from 1992 to 2005. It is frequently cited as the country's most important and influential film magazine, offering criticism and, most notably, contributions to the discourse of Canada as a filmmaking body.

The periodical was produced by DW Communications. Wyndham Wise was the publisher, while Tom McSorley was editor.
