Take Him Home was the Irish entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1988, performed in English by Jump The Gun.

The song is a plea for global unity, with the singer exhorting his listeners that "So if you meet somebody, it might be someone I know/Brother, if he needs you, take him home". This is suggested to be a means of outreach to those less fortunate in society.

The song was performed tenth on the night (following Switzerland's Celine Dion with Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi and preceding Germany's Maxi & Chris Garden with Lied Für Einen Freund). At the close of voting, it had received 79 points, placing 8th in a field of 21.

It was succeeded as Irish representative at the 1989 Contest by Kiev Connolly & The Missing Passengers with The Real Me.
