Tak (born Takbir) originally born in Queens New York City is a member of the hip hop Musical ensemble Styles of Beyond. He is also associated with the Demigodz and Fort Minor. He has been friends with Linkin Park and Fort Minor frontman Mike Shinoda for ten years. Tak is the brother of musical producer Bilal. He has appeared in a few movies throughout his career, his first big break was in the 1999 Romantic comedy film, She's All That. Tak currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
