Takashi Inoguchi ( 猪口 孝 , いのぐち たかし ) is a Japanese academic researcher of foreign affairs and international and global relationships of states. He is also a professor of Tokyo University with honor. He is now teaching at Chuo University ( majoring public executive affairs in Japan and local autonomy).

Inoguchi is from Niigata, Niigata. He was born 1944-11-17. After the graduation of Niigata municipal high school, his student life in Tokyo University, majoring the international relationships, had begun.

Inoguchi had finished his schooldays and gained the bacharel degree in 1966. After 3 years' education in graduate school,Inoguchi was invited to Sophia University, as an academic assistant. Then the encounter with Kuniko Inoguchi, the polite student girl, he experienced.
Their co-working research had progressed with the personal intimacy. After Inoguchi's transfer to the research institute to Tokyo University, Institute of Oriental culture, they have got married.
