Takaki Bakery Co., Ltd. (株式会社タカキベーカリー Kabushiki-gaisha Takaki Bakery?) is a Japanese Bakery based in Hiroshima, Japan.

Takaki Bakery is the original company of the "ANDERSEN GROUP".

  • The Bakery was founded in Hijiyama-Hon-machi Hiroshima by Mr. and Mrs. Kakaki in August 1948.
  • Bread of Takaki (株式会社タカキのパン Kabushiki-gaisha Takaki-no-Pan?) was established in December 1951.
  • They began to operate their new bread factory in Senogawa, Aki-gun, Hiroshima in March 1961.
  • The Bakery renamed to "Takaki Bakery" in February 1962.
  • They opened a restaurant with bakery called "Andersen" in the A-Bombed building bought from Mitsui Bank-Hiroshima at Hon-dori in Hiroshima in October 1967.
  • They began to operate their another frozen bread factory in Chiyoda-cho, Yamagata-gun, Hiroshima in April 1970.
  • They opened another "Andersen" called "Aoyama-Andersen" in Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo in October 1970.
  • They expanded their business to operate their franchise chain shops around Kantō region in 1972.
  • "Hiroshima-Andersen" was visited by Margrethe II of Denmark in April 1981.
  • They opened a restaurant with local bakery in The City of San Mateo, CA, the U.S. in 1981.
  • "Hiroshima-Andersen" was visited by Frederik, Crown Prince of Denmark in November 1987.
  • They established the "ANDERSEN GROUP" in April 2003.
