Takahiro Yamanishi (山西尊裕Yamanishi Takahiro, born 02 April 1976 in Shizuoka City, Japan) is a Japanese football defender currently playing for J1 team Shimizu S-Pulse.

After graduating from high school, Yamanishi signed for Júbilo Iwata where he played for ten years, winning three J. League championship titles. In 2005 made the move across Shizuoka Prefecture back to his native Shizuoka City when he signed for Shimizu S-Pulse. Yamanishi made appearances for Japan at U20 level, but was unable to break into the full national team.
