Takahashi (高梁市 Takahashi-shi?) is a city located in Okayama, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 24,781 and the density of 108.22 persons per km². The total area is 228.98 km².

The city was founded on May 1, 1954.

Bitchū Matsuyama Castle overlooks the town.
