The "Wikipedia is not a sandbox" policy also says "It is appropriate to report discussion and arguments about the prospects for success of future proposals and projects or whether some development will occur, provided that discussion is properly referenced." This appears to be a properly-sourced discussion of a real, immediate likelihood that a missile test will occur. Reasonable minds could differ, of course; but I think the article deserves the benefit of a proper AfD before deletion. Kickaha Ota 04:12, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
