Taipei 202 (traditional Chinese: θΊε202 or ε°ε202) is a proposed 202-story skyscraper to be built in Taipei, Taiwan. Planners have said that the building may be built in Taipei City's proposed Financial District to be located in the Zhongzheng and Daan districts, or may be built alongside Taipei 101, one of the tallest skyscrapers in the world. The design is said to be a modified version of Taipei 101 and will be supported with smaller, adjacent structures to support the building's massive height (which is said to have the potential of double the height of Taipei 101), with a design similar to Kaohsiung's Tuntex Sky Tower. There may also be an adjacent shopping mall constructed to be the world's largest mall, some planners say, with world-class international department stores and various entertainment parks. A date for construction of the complex has not been given, though some sources have said construction may begin after 2020.
