Tagliolo Monferrato is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 km southeast of Turin and about 30 km south of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,499 and an area of 25.9 km².[1]
The municipality of Tagliolo Monferrato contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Cherli, Grossi, Varo, Pessino, Caraffa, and Mongiardino.
