The Emperor/King Taejo of Goryeo's posthumous name (시호; 諡號) is Sinseong (Hanja: 神聖, Hangul in Modern Korean: 신성, McCune-Reischauer (M-R, Original): Sinsŏng, Modified M-R (South Korea, 1984): Shinsŏng).

"본관 개성(開城), 자 약천(若天), 성 왕(), 휘 건(), 시호 신성(神聖)이다." from 두산세계대백과([1])
Translation: (The Emperor/King Taejo of Goryeo's) Ancestral home (Korean: 본관(本貫)) is Gaeseong, (his) courtesy name is Yakcheon, (his) family name is Wang, (his) given name is Geon, and (his) posthumous name is Sinseong. --yes0song 13:22, 31 May 2006 (UTC)
