Taco Martin is the only child of Eric Randall Matthews and Shannon Marie Southard. He was born on June 23, 2006.

The name Taco come from his mother's love of tacos.

Taco shares a birthday with two of his mother's close friends; Thorn Theo Wheeler, son of Nick Wheeler and Corrianne Miller, and Typo Rawr Wentz, son of Pete Wentz and Justine Closer.

Taco's mother is telekenetic. She is also retarded.
