Tacna is the largest of four provinces in the Tacna Region in southern Peru. Its capital is Tacna.

The province is located on the border with Chile and Bolivia

The province is divided into ten districts (Spanish: distritos, singular: distrito), each of which is headed by a mayor (alcalde):
