- Appreciate what you're trying to do, Alaisd, but please read up on Wikipedia policy, specifically the simplified ruleset... in particular, no original research and verifiability. Wantok 01:15, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Copy editing text
I've started copy editing the text of this article. My edits are documented in "copy edits:" comments at the end of each parargarph edited. I've currently finished editing down to the "Mining town" section, and will be continuing my edits shortly. Most of my edits have been changing the logical order of phrases according to the "2-3-1" rule of phrase ordering in a sentence (lead off with second most important point of sentence, follow with least important point(s), end with most important (or significant) point.
One observation: There are no reference citations for points made in the "Min people" section. References need to be added there for the statements made.
I'll continue to copy edit this article, and will add my "League of Copy Editors" tag to the end of the article as soon as I find the tag again.
