Tabiabuè Bonney, born in Lome, Togo, West Africa, is better known as the hip-hop artist Tabi Bonney, part of Indie label Organized Rhyme.[1] Son of afro-funk superstar, Itadi Bonney, Tabi achieved recognition in the DC/Metro area with his radio singles "The Pocket" and "Doin It" featuring Raheem DeVaughn.

His childhood involved moving from continent to continent (including Africa, Europe, and N. America) He attended Florida A&M where he received two degrees, a masters in Biology and Secondary Education and an undergrad in Biology Pre-Med.[2]

Tabi and fellow rapper Haziq Ali combined efforts to form the group Organized Rhyme.[3] This eventually led to performing as the opening act for the likes of Outkast, LL Cool J, and Cam'ron. He also worked with Mike Carter to create the underground album "Bonney & Carter".
