T.J. Allard (born Thomas Joseph Allard in Utica, New York January 23, 1979) is an American actor and was the winner of Fox's "Good Day Live" New York City search. He received a job on the air as the New York Correspondent. He became a staple on the show until it was cancelled in March of 2005.

Before "Good Day Live" T.J. was a bartender in a Mexican restaurant in Tribeca pursuing a career as an actor. He moved from Utica to New York City to work for McKinsey & Company, but left to become a video game designer at Ubisoft Entertainment, where he designed the visual effects for "Batman: Vengeance". T.J. later went on to create the online video game broadcasting network GBTV. In the style of ESPN's Sportscenter, GBTV's format is now widely used by professional gaming broadcasters.

T.J. starred in the movies "Combat Jump" and "Cleaner," and has also appeared on several television shows. He has been on the cover of Wisdom, a Japanese culture magazine in both the US and Japan. He has also done commercials for a number of companies, including the WWE and American Airlines. As a result of a gymnastics accident, T.J. has a metal thumb and is missing half of his kneecap. As of 2006, T.J. still holds NCAA Division III football records from his years at Hartwick College.
