Tōru Doi

Tōru Doi (土井 亨? born 1958) is a Japanese politician serving in the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature) as a member of the Liberal Democratic Party. A native of Kurokawa District, Miyagi[1] and graduate of Tohoku Gakuin University he was elected for the first time in 2005 after serving in the local assembly of Miyagi Prefecture.
