[edit] New info
Can someone translate these from the Japanese page? My Japanese is too bad to understand it.
- 2006年(平成18年)3月18日 東武動物公園行の列車(一部を除く)を久喜まで延長運転。土曜・休日に限り大井町線直通急行を設定(大井町線内では各駅停車)
- 2006年3月18日から土曜・休日に大井町線に直通する急行が追加された(上り朝中央林間9時台発3本、下り大井町発20時~21時台発3本)。停車駅は中央林間~二子玉川間は南町田を含む通常の急行停車駅、大井町線内は各駅停車となる。 —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Apoc2400 (talk • contribs) 04:23, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
My translations:
- March 18, 2006 - Trains bound for Tobu Dobutsu Koen station (excluding some) will now go on to Kuki station. On Saturdays and public holidays, some express trains will go on to the Oimachi line. (These trains will stop at all stations on the Oimachi line)
- [First sentence repeats info in first bullet] (This applies to 3 trains leaving Chuorinkan from 9AM to 10AM in the morning in the up direction (i.e., towards Tokyo), and 3 trains in the down direction leaving Oimachi station from 8PM to 9PM). [Repeats information in first bullet]

[edit] Keita Goto
ja:User:Rc21 has asked about the possibility of including some information on Keita Goto and his "Den-en-toshi" plan in this article. If anyone is informed on this topic, please translate and/or otherwise augment the article with this topic. Cheers, Tangotango 08:18, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
Thanks to your proposal in this page. Goto's "Tama Den-en-toshi" ja:多摩田園都市 plan was the largest newtown development by Japanese private sector. It should be useful that you'll write the linkage between construction of the railway and development of the newtown. Rc21 11:15, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
Sorry for a long late to answer here. I've written about the newtown plan in this page. Rc21 21:42, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
