Tōgō, Kagoshima

Tōgō (東郷町 Tōgō-chō?) was a town located in Satsuma District, Kagoshima, Japan. On October 12, 2004 Tōgō merged with several nearby municipalities to form the new city of Satsumasendai.

As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 5,987 and the density of 74.70 persons per km&sup2. The total area was 80.15 km&sup2.
