Témiscouata is a county regional municipality of Quebec in Canada. It is located southeast of Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec and is centred around Lake Témiscouata.

Major industries include forestry, agriculture and maple syrup products.

Headquarters are located in Notre-Dame-du-Lac.
