I think your map is quite simplified. Take a look on this: http://www.rmdsz.ro/script/docs/census2002/displayslice.php?s=21&PHPSESSID=1fedd3bb36a301864437504d7602b229 --fz22 07:40, 25 July 2006 (UTC)

- Well, not quite simplified, but rather different. My map show which municipalities have Hungarian and which Romanian majority, while map from this link show percent of Hungarians in various municipalities. Also, my map does not show municipal borders, but if one want to draw public domain self-made image, it is too big job to draw borders of all municipalities here (too many of them). :) PANONIAN (talk) 10:13, 25 July 2006 (UTC)

- I see your point. But this is like converting a 256 gray-scaled image to a 2 colored one. IMO this technique (similar to the "winner takes everything" ethos) is not applicable for such an ethnicaly mixed region. The Romanians are overrepresented on this map I think ... --fz22 11:08, 25 July 2006 (UTC)

- Here you can see original map that I used as a source, so you can compare the two and see that they are same regarding areas with Hungarian and Romanian majority: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/2/29/Retnikai.jpg Just do not use this map in Wikipedia articles because I do not know licence for it, thus it will be deleted after few days. By the way, it is from Hungarian source, so it is not likely that Romanians are overrepresented. :) PANONIAN (talk) 13:23, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
