[edit] What counts for an International Airport?

The list of destinations from Syracuse Airport on this page is devoid of any international locations. Does anyone know why it is still considered an international airport? Or is that a designation that an airport doesn't have to do anything to keep, once it has been earned? I looked at the page for the IATA, but didn't see anything there that was insightful on the matter. 24.58.37.208 (talk) 02:35, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

I think I read somewhere (can't remember where) that an airport is int'l if it has a Customs office, which KSYR does. Darry2385 (talk) 02:38, 27 February 2008 (UTC)
