"Syntegrity", "Syntegration", "Team Syntegrity", and "Team Syntegration" are all registered trademarks. These trademarks were probably created by combining the words "synergy", "integrity", and "integration". Beer might have intended "synthetic" to be part of the word also, as he was a developer of cybernetics.

In fact, term's origin is:

"Syntegrity is an artificial word made from “synergistic tensegrity".
