Synch-Point

Synch-Point produces English language versions of anime and manga for North American distribution. A Synch-Point is a visual or audio cue that marks the 0:00:00 start on an editor's time codes. Synch-Point is the production division of Anime Gamers USA Inc. which in turn is part of the parent company BROCCOLI. As of March 2005, this company, it's productions, and acquisitions appears to be on an indefinite hiatus. [1]
