Synapse is a fictional character in the City of Heroes universe of novels, games, and comics.

Synapse is one of the fastest heroes in Paragon City due to experimentation Crey Industries performed on him as part of a voluntary experiment. This also gave him the ability to manipulate electricity at will, creating arcs of lightning to fire at foes and utilizing electricity in closer-ranged combat.
