We lease our IP block from The Planet, but we are not responsible for, nor can we alter the policies of The Planet. It seems somewhat overkill to block my account because of something my upstream provider is doing or not doing. {unblock-auto|1=70.85.4.22|2=open proxy - web hosting company ThePlanet.com|3=Dmcdevit}}

Once again, an entire ISP has been blocked. We are not The Planet, we simply lease our IP block from The Planet. It is unreasonable to block us on these grounds.

  • It's a range block, I'm not exactly sure what incidents prompted this, but I'll talk to the blocking admin about a softblock.--Isotope23 20:14, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
  • In all due respect to Ryulong, it's a poor range block. He's placed up a good deal of range blocks to theplanet.com, claiming that they're all open proxies. They're not. We've already seen a lot of people request unblock with those addresses. The Evil Spartan 15:48, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
