I know the person who made the Symbiose.eu.org web page. How can I reactivate this page? And how proof that ait was all copied from symbiose.eu.org with the knowledge and the approval of the webmaster.

The webmaster needs to send an e-mail to "permissions at wikimedia dot org"stating that they agree to liscense the contents of this article under the GFDL liscense. This is outlined at Wikipedia:Confirmation of permission. I'm going to send an e-mail to the webmaster seeking permission, but if you can also speak to them that would be appreciated.
