Sylvain N'Diaye (born June 25, 1976 in Paris) is a French-born Senegalese footballer.
A defensive midfielder, he played for Olympique de Marseille between 2003 and 2005. He currently plays for CD Tenerife on loan from Levante UD. He has played 17 international matches for Senegal.
