Sylvacaecilia grandisonae is a species of amphibian in the Caeciliidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Sylvacaecilia. It is endemic to Ethiopia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, intermittent rivers, and freshwater springs.
