His Holiness Syed Wali Muhammad Shah (Arabic: سیدولی محمدشاہ قادری‎)

(1913-1998) was one of the celeberated scholars of Islam, famous Sufi saint & spiritual reformer of the Qadiriyyah Order in Punjab. He is a mild breeze in the minds of mankind, popularly known as Wali Shah Sahib. He was a follower of Hanafi jurisprudence.

He was born in 1913, into a family of Alims (legal scholars). His father, Syed Sayd Áli Shah Qadri, was an alim of his time. He became the disciple of Hadrat Syed Ali Ahmad Shah Qadri, a famous Sufi of Dera Ghazi Khan. Wali Shah Sahab joined the most dedicated group of his followers & received many honours from him. He earned his living through agriculture.

[edit] Mausoleum

His mausoleum, popularly known as Durbar, is located in Peershah, Punjab, Pakistan.Urs is Celebrated in Peer Shah in the Dargah of Wali Shah Sahab - the spiritual guide (murshid). Pilgrims from all around the world visit this place during the festival to get the blessings of the holy place.
