Designed by Daniel Meyer, Published in Popular Electronics in November of 1970.
Sold as three kits -- Cabinet and Power Supply $19.55, Multi-decade Nixie Readout $49.50, Frequency Counter Plugin $$34.95.
Also offered were a Digital Multimeter, Digital Thermometer, and Time Measurement plugins.
