This is a text that I myself deem to be less than mediocre, but it seems as if my energy, my capacity or my enthusiasm has run out. In my own opinion, it would need to get polished npov-wise, and balanced, and... I hope that will come. /Tuomas 15:48, 11 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Guess you were wrong. It's currently pretty hopeless. The original meaning of the declaration (Defence->offence) has been gradually removed. --Illythr 14:53, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
