Two boys play a sadistically-modified version of the game Rock, Scissors, Paper.
[edit] Care Bear Genocide
The Care Bears, worried about maintaining the purity of their franchise, keeping it free from the influences of the Care Bear Cousins, create a plan of ethnic cleansing.
They are challenged by Don Cheadle, but misuse his gift for sinister purposes. They are punished for their actions by the Cloud Keeper, who turns their paradise into the exact opposite - New Jersey.
New Jersey Governor John Corzine makes an official announcement at the end of the skit, thanking you for watching this reenactment of the state's proud history, and invites the view to "come and get in on some of this rainbow!"
