[edit] 2 Little, 2 Late (film)

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of 2 Little, 2 Late (film), and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0237995. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 17:48, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Awards for actors

Actually, it has nothing to do with the actor or actor's agent or actor's family... I'm not sure where you got that. It's about notability. The fan base of course has a lot to do with it... then there should be adequate news regarding the awards. There are two reasons I removed the long list of awards, first is that based on a google search they didn't seem to be notable enough to be here. Second is, this list takes up too much of the article, putting undue emphasis on Renfro as an award winner. I'm going to revert once more, but in assuming good faith, I think a possible compromise would be for an editor to add a cited sentence about these awards under the life/career section. I would add it myself, but I see it as lacking notability and won't, although I would unlikely attempt to revert a cited single sentence about htis. Something along the lines of him winning multiple "youngstar" awards. It needs a cite, though, something the previous list totally lacked. Also, on a side note, I see very few edit summaries (which is no big deal as it looks like you just have a few edits). While they are important most of the time, when reverting they are basically always neccesary. When I first removed the list I had an explanation right in the edit summary for everyone to see, if you revert me back with no explanation, that edit doesn't look good regardless of it's merit. I'm trying to make articles the best they can be, including Brad Renfro, just like you. Just trying to work together on this.Gwynand (talk) 20:45, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

Go here to discuss this topic, offer your opinion on it. I'm trying to find some consensus.Gwynand (talk) 21:03, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Jim Vickerman

Hey there. Thanks so much for editing Jim Vickerman and for adding references to a section that desperately needed them. I've followed your citations and it wasn't immediately obvious that they backed up the assertions made in the article. The citations policy asks editors to provide specific references rather than linking simply to the homepage of a website that might contain the relevant information (see Wikipedia:Citing_sources#Provide_full_citations). It would be great if you could update the references accordingly. Thanks again. -- Lincolnite (talk) 23:41, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

  • Hi again. I see that you've not yet had the time to amend those references, so I've replaced the 'needs citations' tag. When you do get the chance to add some specific citations, it can come back down again. Thanks. -- Lincolnite (talk) 15:12, 22 March 2008 (UTC)
